Whakaraupō Moana is a programme which enables young people to explore and understand the complexity of issues within the natural environment, aligning with the kaupapa of Untouched World that established the foundation.
Whakaraupō Moana participants, with support from Te Hapū o Ngāti Wheke, will be exposed to, and interact with, all players; from mana whenua, governance, commercial, environmental and those that call Whakaraupō home.
The programme is for year 12 and 13 learners, and tertiary students up to 25 years old.
It runs from Sunday 16 to Friday 21 March 2025, at Rāpaki Marae on Horomaka/Banks Peninsula.
