We received our leavers' hoodies from NZ Uniforms yesterday and were disappointed with some faults in the items.

NZ Uniforms has apologised with the following statement:

To the Rolleston College year 13 learners and whānau,

We are writing to sincerely apologise for the faulty 2024 leavers' hoodies delivered to school this week. We understand the significant disappointment that this caused for learners and whānau, especially whilst the focus for learners is on exams. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused and any impact this had on learners.

We are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. Our team is currently working swiftly to replace the garments and ensure the new leavers' hoodies are delivered to learners as quickly as possible. Payments will be refunded to learners via the same method as their original payment, and the leavers' hoodies will be free of charge.

We will be in touch with each affected learner individually to provide an update on the timeline for correcting the errors. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter with speed.

Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and distress this has caused.
